Do you use an answering service or AI?
Your call will always be answered by a real person, even after hours and on the weekends.
What if I can’t wait at home for a plumber?
We are happy to call when we are on the way so it gives you time to meet us there.
Can you give me a price for my job before you start?
Absolutely! Once our plumbers evaluate the problem, they will give you a total price before beginning the work.
Do I have to make a second appointment after the evaluation to get the work done?
No. For repairs, we can stay and do the work at the same time. Larger jobs and/or remodels will be scheduled in advance.
When scheduling, will I be given a time?
We schedule our calls in a two hour window and call when we are on the way, so you stay informed.

Do I have to pay at the time of service or will you send a bill?
Glenrose expects payment at the time of service. We take Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, cash or check to make it as convenient as possible for you.
I’ve had other service providers ghost me when I had a problem with the work that was done. How do I know you will answer my calls if I have an issue?
Glenrose has been serving our community since 1987 and will continue to do so. We warranty our products and installations for one year, but will always be here to help navigate your plumbing needs. We are just a phone call away!
How do I reach you if I am having an after hours emergency?
We can always be reached at our office phone number 509.385.8915 or by texting 509.385.8915.
What if I don’t like the fixtures you have with you?
We work with several local plumbing wholesalers where you can view products in a showroom. Once you have made a choice, we can pick it up and install it for you.
Will I be charged extra if the plumber has to leave my job to get parts?
No. Your parts are included in the up front price given at the beginning of your job.
Can I supply my own parts?
We are happy to install customer supplied parts but cannot provide a warranty on parts we do not provide.
Can my child meet the plumber if I am unavailable?
Whoever meets the plumber must be over 18 years old.
Is it okay for my pets to be out and about when the plumber is on site?
We love fur babies but ask that if they would be uncomfortable with a stranger, please limit the exposure as needed for everyone’s safety.
